Job summary

EVERGREEN GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking hands-on support in our Singapore warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations. The role covers order processing, picking and packing, labeling, and coordination of courier pickups to meet delivery timelines.

You will manage stock levels, perform routine inventory checks, and assist with returns while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This position focuses on accurate handling of goods and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce order processing: review digital orders or WMS queues to process online purchases.
• Picking & Packing: locate items on shelves, verify quantities, inspect for defects, and pack securely.
• Labeling & Courier Pickup: generate shipping labels, attach barcodes, group parcels, and arrange courier pickups.
• Stock & Inventory Management: receive and sort shipments, monitor stock levels, and flag low stock items.
• Returns & Workspace Upkeep: handle exchanges/returns, process damaged goods, and keep packing and storage areas clean and safe.

Job description

Assist the Warehouse/Logistic department in the daily operation of the department

• E-Commerce Order Processing: Review digital order sheets or warehouse management system (WMS) queues promptly to process incoming online purchases.


• Picking & Packing: Locate items on warehouse shelves accurately, verify quantities and product codes, inspect goods for defects, and pack them securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, or mailers).


• Labeling & Courier Pickup Arrangement: Generate shipping labels, attach barcodes, group parcels by carrier, and stage or load them for scheduled courier collections and dispatches.


• Stock & Inventory Management: Receive, sort, put away incoming shipments, monitor stock levels, perform periodic stock counts, and flag low-stock items or discrepancies.


• Returns & Workspace Upkeep: Handle customer exchanges or returns, process damaged goods, and keep the packing and storage areas clean, safe, and orderly.
