Job summary

INNOQUEST DIAGNOSTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for preparing goods according to delivery orders, picking and packing on the same day, and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will liaise with the sales team to coordinate product issues and delivery arrangements. You will maintain an orderly store for traceability, read shipping labels and inventory records, enter data with high accuracy, uphold safety standards, and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare goods according to delivery orders (DOs) generated by the in-house inventory software.
• Picking and packing of goods on the same day the order is issued.
• Liaise with the sales department regarding product issues and delivery arrangements.
• Arrange the store layout to ensure easy traceability and accessibility of materials.
• Read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and inventory records; ensure paperwork is complete and filed.
• Type and input information into computer systems with high accuracy; maintain records for inventory and shipments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Able to commit to a 5.5 days working week.

Job description

2. Picking and packing of goods in the same day of order issued.

4. Handles the arrangement of the store for easy traceability and accessibility of materials.
5. Read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and inventory records. Ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and filed.
6. Type and input information into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain records and documentation for inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Able to commit to 5.5 days working week.
