Job summary

U3 Infotech Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily inbound and outbound operations, keep 5S standards, and Conduct cycle counts and stocktaking. You will support the Supervisor to achieve KPIs and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires following safety procedures, efficient warehouse operations, and the ability to lift items weighing 15–20 kg. Teamwork is essential in this hands-on position, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organisation in accordance with 5S practices.
• Perform daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, cycle counting, and stocktaking.
• Conduct visual inspections and report any shipment discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving warehouse KPIs.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling, database updates, inventory management, and document control.
• Ensure all warehouse records and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support their implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Handle items weighing approximately 15–20 kg as required for the role.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
