Job summary

MITRA FAMOSA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound deliveries, labeling, stocking, and order preparation on-site in Singapore. You will locate items in shelves or racks, assist loading shipments, and maintain inventory records as needed.

The role emphasizes physical activity, team collaboration, and strict adherence to safety rules. Training on forklift operation may be provided, with hours from 8:30 to 17:30 (Mon–Fri) and 8:30–12:30 on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required.
• Basic physical fitness for a warehouse role.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming deliveries against invoices or purchase orders and organize items and label them correctly for easy identification, place the items in designated locations (shelves, racks, pallets).
• Prepare items for shipment based on orders and assist with loading goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Keep track of stock levels and perform regular stock counts (stocktaking), update inventory records (manual or system-based).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensure proper handling of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if trained).
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Record cargo movement and record with basic paperwork (delivery orders, invoices).

• Basic physical fitness (lifting, standing for long hours).
