Job summary

TIONG NAM LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse assistant at Senoko to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving and shipping activities. You will work on SAP and WMS-based processes and perform accuracy checks to ensure timely delivery.

Key duties include cycle counts, liaising with customers, proper put-away, palletising for export, labeling and housekeeping, and supporting MHE management with safety-first practices; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling warehouse tasks.
• IT savvy for scanning system and warehouse software.
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation knowledge.
• Warehouse safety understanding and compliance.
• Able to work on Saturday and support on off-days/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Run all warehouse operations including picking, handling, and checking.
• Order processing using GR and GI in SAP and WMS.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers.
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Receiving and releasing cargo and put-away to bin location.
• Picking and consolidation, labeling, packing and QC checks.
