Future Electronics Inc (Distribution) Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Operator to ensure correct quantity and right electronic components are received, stored, picked, processed, quality checked and packed to fulfill customer orders according to SLAs.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform daily operations, generate reports, and assist in urgent shipments as needed.

Formación

• Secondary education or higher required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical ability.
• Proficient computer literacy and basic data entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily warehouse operations across receiving, storing, picking, packing and processing.
• Ensure correct packaging materials are used and packing is cost-efficient.
• Fulfils customer requirements per special instructions.
• Generate inventory reports daily, weekly or monthly as required.
• Perform stock tally checks to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with urgent shipments and support other sections as needed.

About the role

To ensure the right quantity and right electronic component parts are being received in, stored, picked, processed, quality checked and packed to fulfill customers' orders based on Service Level Agreement - in an efficient manner. To ensure the electronic components are checked regularly for its accuracy in stored locations & quantity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational activities in their respective areas of responsibility

• Ensure using proper packaging material and pack in the most economical way

• Ensure that Customer requirements are fulfilled as per special instructions listed

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory if required

• Perform tally checks on stocks to ensure stock integrity is maintained

• Assist on ad-hoc Urgent Shipment or assist in other sections of operations

About you

• Secondary and above

• At least 1 or more years of experience

• Detailed and good in figures

• Computer literacy

• Communications & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Reading and understanding job instructions
