Job summary

SILVERSKY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pet Warehouse Assistant to keep our warehouse running smoothly.

You will ensure goods are stored properly, packed and labeled, and shipped safely and efficiently. You’ll work with a driven team to meet delivery timelines and support other areas when needed. The role requires a good level of English, physical fitness for handling up to 15–20 kg bags, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to read, write and speak simple English.
• Physically fit; can handle 15–20 kg bags/boxes and large orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick goods from designated staging rack after a Sales Order is issued.
• Pack and label goods; place at designated pallets for delivery.
• Coordinate with Delivery Team and Administrator for Sales Order processing and delivery.
• Provide support to other areas as needed.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Pet Warehouse Assistant to help keep things running smoothly in our Warehouse. You'll be part of a super-driven team that works together to make sure everything gets done right and on time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure our goods are stored, correctly packed, accounted for and shipped out safely and efficiently.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick the pet goods at designated staging rack after tasked with a Sales Order
• Pack and label the pet good. Place it at the designated pallets for delivery
• Prepare, communicate and co-ordinate with Delivery Team and Administrator for Sales Order processing & delivery
• Cross support to other areas and sections if tasked to

Requirements:

• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• A good team player
• Able read, write and speak simple English
• Physically fit & strong — some of the kibble bags/boxes can weigh 15-20kg, and sometimes Delivery Orders are pretty big. Need that Hulk in you!Experience using a pallet jack or electric stacker (bonus if you’ve used one before!)
