Job summary

SILVERSKY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Store Assistant to support warehouse operations, ensuring goods are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will pick and pack orders, organize the warehouse space, and assist with delivery loadings to expedite outbound shipments. Prior packing experience and physical fitness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and strong; able to lift 15-20 kg bags/boxes.
• Experience using pallet jacks or electric stackers is a plus.
• Warehouse/logistics experience, packing skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders based on Delivery Orders from Sales Executives.
• Organize and stack products in designated warehouse areas.
• Assist with delivery loadings so drivers can move out quickly.
• Pick & Pack both Retailer and eCommerce orders.

About the Role:

We\'re looking for a Store Assistant (or Storeman) to help keep things running smoothly in our logistics warehouse. You\'ll be part of a super-driven team that works together to make sure everything gets done right and on time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure our goods are stored, correctly packed, accounted for and shipped out safely and efficiently.

What You\'ll Do:

• Pick and pack orders based on the Delivery Order(s) created by our Sales Executives
• Organize and stack products in the right area within the warehouse
• Help out with Delivery Loadings when your teammates need a hand so that our Drivers can move out fast
• Pick & Pack both Retailer orders & eCommerce orders

What You\'ll Need:

• Physically fit & strong — some of the kibble bags/boxes can weigh 15-20kg, and sometimes Delivery Orders are pretty big. Need that Hulk in you!
• Experience using a pallet jack or electric stacker (bonus if you\'ve used one before!)
• Experience working in a warehouse or supply chain or logistics company Packing experience

Working Days & Time:

• Only 5 Day work week including weekends. Rotational shift depending on amount of orders
• 9AM to 6PM
• Allowed to OT. Good OT rate!
