Job summary

Pop Pop Pets in Singapore is seeking a driven warehouse assistant to help manage inventory and support daily operations in a busy, non air-conditioned space.

You will assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stock control, coordinate with internal teams, and help out with events and store logistics, with flexible hours and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle stock in a non air-conditioned warehouse.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, and packing stocks.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound goods and maintain inventory records.
• Keep warehouse tidy, safe, and well-organized.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely stock movements.
• Assist with logistics for retail stores and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

We are looking for a driven and responsible warehouse assistant who will assist in the management of inventory.

What you'll be doing

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing stocks.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing goods and maintain updated inventory records.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and ensure the warehouse remains organised and safe.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely stock movement.
• Support logistical requirements from retail stores and ad-hoc exhibitions.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable handling stock in a non air-conditioned warehouse
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, simple data entry)
• Good team player and good in communication skills
• Able to commit overtime when needed
• No prior experience required (However, experience in logistics will be a bonus.)
• Driving license will be a bonus

Location: Pasir Panjang

Hours: Minimum 12 hours/week (flexible hours)
