Job summary

MINT TCG PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support storage operations in Singapore. You will handle daily warehouse duties, manage inbound and outbound activities, and assist with stocktaking and inventory updates. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills (Excel, Gmail, Dropbox) are valued.

Applicants should be able to lift 10 kg or more and be flexible with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Able to lift 10 kg or more and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound and outbound tasks.
• Handle inbound shipments and storage of inventory.
• Pack orders and liaise with delivery drivers and customers.
• Conduct stocktaking and manage inventory.
• Update inventory system and provide simple reporting.
• General housekeeping and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse duties, including but not limited to

• Inbound (receiving courier/sea shipments, receiving checks, storage of inventory)
• Outbound (packing orders, outgoing checks, liaising with delivery drivers & customers)
• Stocktaking of inventory & management of warehouse
• Updating of inventory system and providing simple reporting
• General house-keeping duties
• Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned based on needs

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse management is advantageous but not compulsory
• Knowledge of tabletop games is advantageous but not compulsory
• Able to communicate well and is a team player
• Able to carry physical loads of 10kg and more
• Comfortable with the use of a computer (Excel, Gmail, Dropbox)
