Job summary

Careers @ Focal Search is seeking a warehouse associate in Singapore to receive and inspect goods, label items for storage, and match orders with invoices. You will store items per FIFO/FEFO, handle items safely, perform cycle counts, and report stock discrepancies.

You will also pick/pack orders, prepare dispatches with labeling and documentation, and maintain a clean warehouse area. Basic equipment like pallet jacks will be used, and safety protocols followed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Unload, unpack, and label items for storage.
• Match goods with delivery orders, invoices, or purchase orders.
• Store items in designated areas according to standard procedures (e.g., FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensure proper handling of items.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking exercises.
• Report any discrepancies or stock damages to supervisors.
• Pick and pack items accurately for delivery or customer orders.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Ensure aisles and exits are free of obstructions.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, trolley).
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment and report issues promptly.
