Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily allocations and coordinate with warehouse operations. You will maintain robust customer communications and ensure all shipping documentation aligns with the WMS.

Responsibilities include invoicing customers, updating the WMS, and supporting the Warehouse Manager with reports. This is a full-time, on-site position near Bishan/Marymount MRT in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in daily inventory allocation and coordination with warehouse staff.
• Diligent documentation and record keeping for shipping/receiving.

• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, coordinating with Warehouse staff and WMS.
• Ensure paperwork matches WMS and keep shipping/receiving records organized.
• Update the WMS daily with all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with inventory reports and invoicing customers.
• Provide additional support as needed.

5 days Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Basic + AWS + VB
Location: Near Bishan/ Marymount MRT (walk 10mins reach office)

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
• Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
• Invoicing to customer
• Provide additional support as needed.
