Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to manage daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control.

You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure timely deliveries, verify shipments, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory management.
• Coordinated logistics activities with internal departments and external service providers to support timely deliveries.
• Verified inbound and outbound shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
• Maintained accurate inventory records through timely system updates and stock reconciliation.
• Investigated and reported stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Oversaw loading and unloading activities and ensured proper cargo handling procedures.
• Ensured high accuracy in order fulfillment, packing, and cargo dimension measurements.
• Organized warehouse layout to improve stock accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Maintained compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
