Job summary

HONG TATT LEE MARKETING PTE. LTD. is looking for an Admin cum Accounts Assistant to manage deliveries and collections in the warehouse and office.

The role involves basic accounting, including receivables/payables, daily invoice checks, and data entry in MYOB or similar systems. You will handle supplier invoices in Excel, and prepare month-end documents for the accounting firm. The candidate must be able to work independently in a small team, be physically present daily, and maintain orderly

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge including accounts receivable and payables.
• Must be able to check daily sales invoices and record payments.
• Familiarity with MYOB or accounting system; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Mend deliveries and collections in the warehouse/office and ensure correct quantities.
• Physically present in the warehouse every day to handle deliveries and collections.
• Record supplier invoices in Excel and maintain accuracy of accounts books.
• Consolidate documents for month-end reporting and forward to accounting firm.
