JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator to manage daily store tasks, keep accurate records, and support inventory operations.

You will prepare delivery orders, update shipping documents, monitor ERP data accuracy, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth workflows. 1–2 years of related experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP system (Epicor is an advantage).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily store administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and update delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.

• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Assist with receiving, issuing, stock movements and cycle counts.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper filing of documents.
• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other administrative and store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Able to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
