Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Assistant Relationship Managers within the Private Banking & Wealth Management arm. You will mentor, train and coordinate front-office activities, ensuring adherence to policies while driving staff engagement and service quality.

The role requires strong client servicing, team leadership and deep knowledge of financial products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support.
• Prior experience managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
• Chinese proficiency is required as role deals with Chinese clients.
• Preferably CACS certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Market Head / Team Heads in managing a team of ARMs and drive staff engagement.
• Contribute to revenue targets of RM(s) and Marketing Team.
• Provide trainings, mentorship and guidance to ARMs.
• Ensure adherence to internal/external regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for dissemination related activities.
• Improve processing workflow to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support front office in business continuity, reporting and administration.
