Job summary

FP Global is seeking a VP to lead our Singapore treasury function, overseeing cash movements, payments, and onboarding for institutional clients. The role combines client-facing duties with governance of SSI and payment controls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong maker-checker processes.

You will shape treasury operating-models for new clients, collaborate with Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Compliance, and contribute to business development and client visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or similar quantitative field.
• 7+ years in financial services with treasury/payments experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of wire processing, SSI management, and payment controls.
• Experience with global custodians, banks, and paying agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Operations team and set goals, resourcing and succession plans.
• Own SSI setup, approvals and high-value payments with controls.
• Lead client onboarding and operating-model design for new clients.
• Support business development, pitches, RFP responses and due diligence.
• Manage treasury risk, incident management and audits with cross-functional coordination.
• Act as Singapore point of contact for treasury with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Tech.
