Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations leader in Singapore to manage a high-performing team delivering accurate cash movements, funding and payment processing. You will oversee SSI governance, wire processing, and associated risk controls while coordinating with Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Compliance to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years in Financial Services Treasury Operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of wire processing, payment controls and SSI management.
• Experience with global custodians, banks, and payment agents is preferred.
• Familiarity with hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team ensuring MOS deliverables meet risk management practices.
• Lead Treasury Operations for accurate and timely client cash movements and funding.
• Oversee SSI setup, maintenance, and governance including new accounts and reviews.
• Review payments, SSI setups, fraud risk alerts and high-value treasury transactions.
• Act as SME for treasury workflows including wire processing and approval matrices.
• Drive process improvements and risk mitigation with industry best practices.
• Onboard clients and design treasury operating models and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Trade Ops, Legal, Compliance and Tech.
• Coordinate SOC/audit requirements and respond to client inquiries.
