Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Singapore seeks a commercially driven treasury professional to oversee the Group’s treasury, cash management and FP&A activities, enabling liquidity optimization and strategic decision-making.

You will lead cash flow forecasting, working capital initiatives, and provide scenario analyses to support senior management. The role also involves managing banking relationships and capital allocation across the multinational group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in treasury, cash management and FP&A within a multinational environment.
• Strong cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Proven ability with strategic financial planning.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide treasury, cash flow management and liquidity planning strategies.
• Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization and cash management initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements and foreign exchange exposure.
• Partner with senior management to optimize capital allocation.
