Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead Treasury Operations in Singapore. You will manage a team responsible for accurate and timely client cash movements, funding and payments, while ensuring robust risk controls and SSI governance.

You will drive process improvements, coordinate with global custodians and internal functions, and lead client onboarding and service implementation, including treasury operating model design and payment workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working experience in Financial Services with strong background in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Payments, Banking Operations.
• Demonstrate experience in leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of wire processing, payment controls, SSI management, callback procedures and treasury operational risk.
• Experience working with global custodians, correspondent banks, transfer agents and paying agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team ensuring MOS deliverables are produced accurately and in accordance with risk management best practices.
• Lead Treasury Operations team responsible for client cash movements, funding, distributions, capital calls, internal transfers, invoice payments and other treasury transactions.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, validation and governance of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs).
• Perform callbacks, review and approve payments, SSI setups, fraud risk alerts and high-value treasury transactions.
• Act as SME for treasury payment workflows, including wire processing, controls, approval structures and maker-checker governance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and onboard new clients, including treasury operating model design and bank account setup.
• Participate in client pitches, RFP responses, visits and operational due diligence reviews.
