Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an AVP/VP for Third-Party Risk Management within the Corporate Infrastructure Services Department. You will lead the TPRM program, oversee risk assessments of critical vendors, and partner with Procurement, Legal and Compliance to strengthen governance and resilience.

You will monitor vendor performance, present risk dashboards to senior management, and drive the use of data analytics and technology to enhance due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related.
• 7–10 years of experience in third-party/vendor risk management, operational risk, compliance, or procurement.
• Proven leadership in managing third-party risk with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk platforms and data analytics to support due diligence and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the third-party risk framework, policies, and governance.
• Oversee risk assessments for critical vendors and service providers with a risk-based approach.
• Monitor ongoing performance and present dashboards to senior management and committees.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and other risk teams to mitigate risks.
• Drive adoption of technology and data analytics to enhance due diligence and monitoring.
