Job summary

GIC is seeking an Assistant Vice President/ Vice President in Operational Risk Management to strengthen risk oversight of third-party arrangements. You will be part of ORM, focusing on independent assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting of GIC's operational risk, with emphasis on vendor lifecycle and fraud risk.

You will lead data analytics driven reviews, partner with TPRM, and advise stakeholders on risk implications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, outsourcing risk or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of due diligence methodologies and risk assessment practices across the vendor lifecycle.
• Understanding of service delivery risk and fraud risk in third-party arrangements.
• Ability to communicate risk findings to senior stakeholders with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Represent ORM as a value partner in 2nd Line of Defense to the TPRM team.
• Provide independent second-line input into TPRM policy, methodology and governance; support the Head of ORM at Escalation Group.
• Review and challenge vendor due diligence and risk assessments across the vendor lifecycle.
• Monitor and report third-party service delivery and fraud risk, tracking KRIs and KPIs.
