United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Vice President - Talent Management to design and lead comprehensive TM initiatives across the organization. You will foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and develop future leaders.

You will oversee acquisition, performance, succession, leadership development and engagement programs, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent with strategy. Strong analytics and team leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in talent management leadership.
• Proven success in designing and managing talent programs and initiatives.

• Develop and lead an integrated talent management strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance, succession, leadership development and engagement programs.
• Partner with HR peers to identify needs and craft targeted talent solutions.
