Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited is seeking a Vice President - Talent Management to lead the strategic design and implementation of comprehensive talent management initiatives across the organization. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Human Resources with at least 5 years in talent management leadership within a large, complex organization.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Oversee design and implementation of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Lead development and deployment of robust performance management frameworks including goal setting and reviews.
• Design and manage succession planning to ensure internal candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Spearhead leadership development programs across all levels and mentor the talent management team.
• Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain UOB's competitiveness in talent management.
