Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking products, services, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring delivery of objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance of assigned portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Represent the bank in external forums, industry events, and client engagements as required.
