Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 10 years in banking/financial services with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; data-driven decision-making.
• CFA certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
