Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement governance and risk management.
• Experience with source-to-contract and procure-to-pay platforms.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear objectives, governance and performance metrics for the procurement team.
• Promote consistent procurement standards, processes and controls across the organisation.
• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contract award for significant categories.
• Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership while protecting service quality and resilience.
• Monitor procurement performance through measurable savings, cost avoidance and risk reduction.
• Maintain a robust procurement control framework including delegated authorities and approval standards.
• Escalate supplier issues promptly and lead remediation where required.
