Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing of luxury retail spaces within the integrated resort.

You will develop strategies to optimize occupancy, negotiate with retailers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution.

The role requires at least five years in major shopping centers or retail leasing, with a track record of securing premium tenants and strong financial acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Real Estate Management.
• Minimum 5 years of leasing experience for major shopping centers or retail agencies.
• Proven track record of negotiating leases with retailers.
• Experience with luxury retailers.
• Familiarity with F&B.
• Strong negotiation, communication and management skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage leasing of retail units and pop-up locations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop leasing strategy aligned with overall IR retail strategy and execute plans to achieve rental income targets.
• Lease management including prospecting, sourcing of new retailers, marketing and negotiations for renewals.
• Identify emerging retail trends and opportunities for retail spaces.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Retail and Leasing teams.
• Prepare leasing budgets, management reports and presentations.
