Job summary

Richemont Singapore is seeking a Real Estate Manager to partner with the Real Estate Director in SEAO. You will manage end-to-end real estate lifecycle, from planning and leasing to development and portfolio optimisation, coordinating with Maison partners and external collaborators.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, data management, and stakeholder communication to deliver strategic real estate initiatives across offices, boutiques, and new Maisons, while ensuring flawless

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in real estate administration, property management, or a similar role.
• Understanding of the full real estate lifecycle and related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with real estate software and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet with professionalism.
• Strong direct communication with Richemont HQ and Maisons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ongoing lease deals and negotiate milestones.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords to facilitate negotiations.
• Prepare market visit data for internal and VIP visits.
• Draft lease contracts for offices and openings, relocations, renewals, with legal review.
• Collaborate with Maisons to manage sales analysis and teamwork.
• Conduct market analysis to support strategic decisions for new Maisons.
• Maintain IB and EB databases, POS, margins and sales analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and other strategic documents.
• Prepare regular internal Real Estate reports, analysis, and newsletters for HQ and Brand Managers.
• Coordinate with the finance team for reports and payment-related tasks.
• Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
