DBS is seeking a VP/AVP, Product Owner for Fraud & Mules in Singapore. The role drives the program roadmap, defines user journeys, and partners with regulators, audits, and business units to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in agile product ownership, risk management, and financial services, with strong communication and leadership skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Formación

• Experience in managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and milestones.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to coordinate with regulators/auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver program initiatives for Fraud & Mules regionally, aligning with timelines.
• Create business cases and manage program financials within approved budgets.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, documenting requirements and acceptance criteria.
