Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage program and product roadmap, business case and user requirements across surveillance, analytics and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to define user journeys and processes.
• Conduct gap analysis between requirements and solution landscape.
• Document epics/user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define program roadmap and prioritise backlogs balancing regulatory, audit and business needs.
• Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure best practices.
• Build business cases and project recommendations to secure budgets.
• Manage stakeholders including regulators/auditors and cross-functional leads.
• Communicate progress and govern meetings for program success.
• Oversee UAT and implementation, including rollout plans and training.
• Drive change management adopting Agile across squads.
