DBS in Singapore is seeking an AVP/VP for Merchant Solutions Product & Governance within Global Transaction Services (GTS). You will lead product development, own the merchant solutions roadmap, and coordinate with Technology and Design to deliver features across regional markets.

The role emphasizes pricing, product risk management, and governance, requiring collaboration with business, technology, design, and operations teams to sharpen controls and enhance client journeys across DBS Asia

Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in pricing, merchant solutions or cash management.
• Regional experience working with multiple markets is a strong advantage.
• Experience in stakeholder management across business, technology, design, and operations teams.
• Exposure to product risk, controls or governance frameworks is ideal but not mandatory if the candidate has strong product discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product development and delivery for Merchant Solutions across the region; own product requirements and prioritisation of enhancements.
• Collaborate with commercialisation to position Merchant Solutions in each market and identify growth opportunities.
• Governance: implement and refine product risk framework for Cash Management across the region; refresh controls and guidance.
