Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Vice President of Precision Manufacturing (Aerospace) to lead overall P&L and operations for its primary facilities in Singapore. You will direct plant management, production scheduling, tooling implementation, and workforce planning to modernize shop-floor execution with advanced automation and zero-defect quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven process-improvement impact.
• Experience leading multi-site precision machining, composites, or assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-year manufacturing strategies to meet schedules and revenue targets.
• Drive P&L across manufacturing operations and optimize labor, overhead and scrap.
