Job summary

Ame International Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead our precision CNC manufacturing facility with full P&L accountability and cross-functional leadership across Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Facilities and Procurement.

You will drive continuous improvement, safety, and supply chain efficiency while aligning operations with strategic goals to deliver revenue targets, on-time delivery, and margin expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations/Supply Chain Management.
• Progressive manufacturing ops experience with senior leadership role.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end plant operations ensuring safety, schedules, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Formulate and manage annual operating budgets, CapEx, and OpEx.
• Drive EHS culture and ensure ISO/local regulatory compliance.
• Oversee master scheduling to maximize OEE and output.
• Champion Lean methods to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times.
