Job summary

Partners Consulting is seeking a VP of Philanthropy & Partnerships to lead fundraising and partnership strategy at the highest level. This senior role sits at the intersection of mission and revenue, shaping how the organization secures financial support for its work.

You will own the philanthropy and partnerships agenda across international and local donors, endowments, and corporate sponsorships, building the strategy, leading the team, and cultivating relationships that matter most.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record in major gift fundraising, endowment development, or corporate sponsorship at senior level, ideally within non-profit, education or cultural institutions.

You are a credible, relationship-led leader who can represent the organization to donors, boards, and government stakeholders, and you think commercially about partnerships while staying grounded in mission.
