Job summary

St. Andrew's Autism Centre seeks a Manager, Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships to build long-term income and strategic ties with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, family offices and key corporate partners.

You will lead end-to-end fundraising, stewardship and partnerships, while guiding leadership and board engagement and tracking performance against targets. You will design engagement plans, develop compelling proposals, reports and impact updates, and ensure accurate donor records in

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships or related experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, donors and corporate leaders.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Passion for social service and autism improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver fundraising strategies aligned with SAAC's priorities to achieve revenue targets.
• Own a portfolio of major donors, foundations, family offices and partners; grow average gift size.
• Lead proposals, concept papers and impact reports to secure grants and funding.
• Support leadership and Board members in donor engagement and fundraising opportunities.
• Identify and develop partnerships with corporations, foundations and community organisations.
• Negotiate and manage partnership and sponsorship agreements with deliverables.
• Design donor engagement plans and maintain timely acknowledgements and reporting.
• Maintain CRM records and provide data insights for strategy and resource allocation.
• Track performance against KPIs and refine strategies to improve retention and giving.
