Job summary

Citi is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Asia Private Bank Business Management team in Singapore. The role focuses on driving strategic planning, governance, and critical analytics to support Asia leadership and growth initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in private banking or wealth management, with strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or similar in private banking/wealth management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Asia Private Bank leadership agenda across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Prepare executive presentations, reviews, and strategic updates for leadership forums.
• Develop content for regional and global senior management, including talking points and speeches.
• Collaborate with Heads and market executives on key priorities and projects.
• Support growth strategy through competitor assessment, client acquisition, and sales initiatives.
• Evaluate investments and support resource allocation decisions.
• Drive regular market reviews and follow‑up on commitments with leadership teams.
