Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Programme and Project Manager – Third Party Oversight (VP) to lead strategic initiatives strengthening our outsourcing framework across APAC. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders across 14 APAC markets, drive risk management and operational excellence, and deliver executive-ready communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in regulated environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Proven track record delivering complex regulatory projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and change management experience.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of risk management and outsourcing.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs with clear milestones.
• Identify challenges and drive effective solutions while managing risks and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders through requirements gathering and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with APAC and global teams to prioritize and implement enhancements.
• Shape and execute strategic and tactical solutions for third party oversight programs.
• Advance processes to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Champion stakeholder engagement in risk evaluation and change management.
• Present executive-ready updates on objectives and outcomes.
• Document and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Represent location-specific requirements to ensure APAC compliance.
