Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore is seeking a Vice President in Global Investment Banking Business Management to support the Southeast Asia and India Investment Banking franchise.

You will drive execution across business priorities, manage budgeting, workforce planning, governance, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with country bankers, product teams, Finance, HR, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years in business management, finance, COO, consulting or banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Experience preparing management reporting and executive materials.
• Strong organization and project management skills in a matrix environment.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive execution across key business priorities for SEA and India IB franchise.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount tracking and resource allocation.
• Produce regular management reporting and dashboards with key metrics.
• Consolidate data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate governance forums, operating reviews and updates.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations.
• Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements for efficiency.
• Support automation, data visualization and AI-enabled reporting tools.
• Track regional projects and multi-country initiatives with stakeholders.
• Support control functions and regulatory requirements.
• Lead workstreams independently while managing multiple priorities.
