Job summary

BNY is seeking a UX/Service Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for clients and internal stakeholders across APAC. This hybrid role combines service design, user research, workshop facilitation, UX execution and rapid prototyping.

You will work with product managers, engineers, AI and data specialists to translate complex problems into clear journeys and testable experiences, spanning people, processes, technology, data and controls, with a focus on responsible AI-enabled design.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing end-to-end service experiences.
• Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort facilitating workshops with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end service design across complex client and business journeys.
• Map current-state and future-state journeys across people, process, technology, data, controls, and client experience.
• Identify pain points, unmet needs, risks, operational friction, and opportunities for improvement or innovation.
• Translate research and discovery into opportunity maps, service blueprints, experience narratives, and actionable recommendations.
• Work with client-facing and internal teams to understand strategic priorities and delivery realities.
• Design and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, co-creation activities, and value-mapping exercises.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to define user needs, business goals and project requirements.
• Support product venture work through journey design, concept development, prototyping, testing, and readouts.
