Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design or related field.
• 8+ years in user experience, product management, or UI/UX roles in data/AI environments.
• Proficiency in design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end client and user experience strategy for Data & AI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive experiences.
• Create wireframes, journeys, personas, and workflows.
• Translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Define experience metrics and monitor product performance.
• Apply analytics and user feedback to improve the customer journey.
• Promote rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
• Stay abreast of trends to inform strategy.
• Drive adoption across APAC markets.
