Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking a senior engineering leader to define and drive the company's technology roadmap. The role leads global engineering teams, aligning product goals with scalable, secure platforms and high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into engineering initiatives, overseeing architecture and modernization efforts across cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software engineering or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large engineering organizations.
• Experience with software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's engineering strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams across multiple functions and geographies.
• Own engineering execution with predictable delivery of scalable, secure products.
• Partner with CEO, CTO, Product, Design, Sales and other executives to translate business priorities into engineering initiatives.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable and maintainable systems.
