Job summary

IPI Technolab in Singapore seeks a senior .NET/Azure software architect to design and build scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will lead microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems while shaping architecture, standards, and best practices across teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, cloud modernization, and mentorship, with strong focus on SOLID, DDD, CQRS, and secure software practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE; MCA/M.Tech optional.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong .NET/C#.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 6/7/8+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, SQL Server.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale apps and microservices.
• Knowledge of architecture, distributed systems, SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and infra automation.
• Experience with messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus) and NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise apps using C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, Web API and Azure.
• Define architecture, standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead microservices, REST APIs, event-driven, and distributed systems development.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD, CQRS and pattern usage.
• Design databases with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis or equivalents.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure and guide cloud adoption.
• Create CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Establish security standards for auth, API security and encryption.
• Analyze performance and scalability; lead modernization and migration efforts.
• Conduct architecture/code reviews; provide mentorship.
