Job summary

IPI Technolab seeks a seasoned Product Leader to define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across digital, technology, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or enterprise offerings. Qualifications

• Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product portfolio.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, growth, and optimization.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, revenue potential, and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue, and profitability metrics.
• Lead customer discovery, user research, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Own product launches and go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and market expansion.
• Drive product monetization, pricing strategy, and business growth where applicable.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Product Management teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and related functions.
• Establish strong product management processes, operating models, documentation, and governance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to communicate product strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex business and customer problems into clear product requirements and actionable initiatives.
