Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a Solution Architect & Technical Senior Manager to own the technical architecture and engineering execution for AGIL CityAI. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and engage with client executives to secure design approvals, ensuring alignment across IoT, IT and OT infrastructures within a unified web/mobile platform.

You will drive architecture governance, design documentation, and real-time capabilities, while guiding vendors and internal teams through all delivery

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of professional experience in enterprise software architecture or distributed application development.
• At least 3 years in a technical management or software engineering leadership capacity.
• Proven experience designing real-time command & control systems that unify urban planning, operations monitoring, incident detection, and automated workflows.
• Deep experience in microservice-based command & control solutions.
• Specialized in AI technologies for predictive urban operations.
• GIS technologies for spatial analysis and visualization.
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence); DevOps and CI/CD.
• Cloud-native environments and Kubernetes.
• Distributed messaging and middleware (Kafka, JMS, AMQP).
• Data integration across IT/IoT/OT (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets, Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA).
• Relational/non-relational databases (MSSQL, Postgres).
• Strong engineering leadership and stakeholder negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Architectural governance for AGIL CityAI across web and mobile apps and microservices.
• Translate IoT, IT, OT workflows into real-time capabilities within AGIL CityAI.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team with high coding standards and agile delivery.
• Align client architecture choices with engineering sign-offs and data-use paradigms.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure clean data exchange and API scoping.
• Document high-level design diagrams and data-flow maps.
• Oversee system and end-to-end testing with clients, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Travel for overseas deployments to lead international rollouts.
