Testing Site - JPMC seeks an experienced Cost Optimization Strategy Manager within Markets Operations to drive cost reductions across Brokerage, Clearing and Exchanges for Asia Pacific. You will partner with desks across asset classes and analyze trading data to optimize costs while supporting negotiations and MIS development.

The role requires 8+ years in financial services, a strong analytics background, and expertise in Tableau and Alteryx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Existing relationship with trading venues in Asia region.
• Thorough understanding of OTC traded products and trading venues.
• Good understanding of trading flows and the agency business model.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Act with integrity and with best interests of the firm in mind.

Responsabilités

• Understand the landscape of trading venues and their relationship with trading desks.
• Analyze large trading and rate card data across asset classes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Present findings to the global team, desks and business managers clearly and objectively.
• Assist with brokerage negotiations and drafting of rate cards.
• Support design and implementation of MIS, including dashboards (Tableau).
• Roll out Cost+ mandate in Asia Pacific and onboard new clients.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (Trading Desks, Managers, Operations, Finance, Legal, Controls, Brokers).
• Provide support on queries related to brokers/brokerage.
• Provide regional updates to product teams on market changes.
• Assist in ad hoc Cost+ and connectivity optimization projects.
• Collate metrics to measure, mitigate, monitor and report risk.
