Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of FX options trading experience with an investment bank.
• Proven track record of market-making and client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of option theory.
• Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide liquidity to the global client franchise in FX options.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures using best practices.
• Formulate and execute macro trading strategies with global FXO traders.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and hedging ideas.
• Mentor and develop junior traders through active guidance.
