Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; 10+ years total, 5+ years leadership in APAC.
• Experience in liquidity management and payment solutions with client-facing product or sales leadership.
• Strong regulatory literacy; knowledge of third party money, intercompany and merchant settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional LAS penetration and commercialization strategy; set growth objectives, adoption, revenue, margin, cross-sell, wallet share gains.
• Lead APAC specialist team; drive enablement programs; align with client buying behavior and revenue plans by sector and country cluster.
• Shape global RFP responses and C-suite pitches; tailor compliant account architectures for automated funding, cash extraction, payout and settlement flows.
