SGX Group, based in Singapore, is hiring a VP - Technical Product Owner for AI & Automation. You will drive product outcomes from problem definition to production, partnering with a Business Owner to translate user problems into measurable results.

You will prototype with AI agents, shape SDLC practices, and lead a team of Technical Product Owners and UX Designers to deliver impact in a regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management, ownership, business analysis or engineering roles with significant product responsibility.
• Technical fluency: Read code, reason about APIs and data flows, evaluate trade-offs, discuss architecture with engineers.
• AI-native ways of working: Hands-on experience using AI agents to prototype, specify, and validate.
• Strong product instinct: Problem framing, scope discipline, data-driven decisions, ambiguity handling.
• Strong communicator: Influence and collaborate across business and technology teams and levels.
• Builder mindset: Comfortable in maturing product and SDLC practices and adopting new methods.
• Comfort with complexity: Experience shipping in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Product Analysis and Shaping: understand products, contribute to tech roadmap, define north-star metrics and KPIs.
• Roadmap and Prioritisation: co-own roadmap, align with goals, regulatory context, and other domains.
• Stakeholder Management: communicate direction and progress, build consensus, manage expectations.
• Ways of Working: use AI agents to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and specs; drive continuous discovery.
• Leadership: lead and manage a high-performing Technical Product Owners and UX Designers.
