Job summary

OCBC is seeking an AI Product Builder within its AI Lab in Singapore. You will own the product roadmap for selected AI solutions, lead 0-to-1 builds using AI-assisted engineering, and partner with engineering squads to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable.

You will report to the AI Lab’s Data Science Squad Lead and drive end-to-end product success from problem definition to measurable business outcomes in production.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in Data Science or applied AI.
• At least 7-10 years of product management experience, including feature ownership or roadmap delivery.
• Experience building solutions from concept to prototype, with exposure to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business product owners on AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics from ideation to production.
• Translate business needs into clear outcomes and technical direction.
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Work with engineering squads to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable.
